bLife Nutrition was set up by Norman Crowley, a successful Irish entrepeneur, following a challenging period in his career. Crowley followed a personal nutrition regime developed for him by bLife co-founder Javey Fennelly with exceptional results. The experience inspired him to further educate himself about the role of nutrition can play in life and ultimately led to the creation of bLife.

While playing rugby for Leinster in Ireland, Rocky Elsom was introduced to Crowley. They discovered a shared passion in the potential of good nutrition to deliver remarkable results. After Rocky learned of bLife's unique perspective on nutrition they set about developing Elsom Nutrition.


Elsom Nutrition exists because Rocky could not find a brand on the market that had everything he needed. He found that many products did not have the right ingredients and often contained unnecessary or even undesirable ingredients that compromised the effect.

The food supplement and sports nutrition industries have lost a lot of credibility in recent times. Some brands demonstrate unethical approaches - poor quality ingredients, unnecessary fillers and a general short-sightedness in relation to the effects that some ingredients can have. We understand that the requirements for good nutrition are amplified for those who train, play sport and exercise due to the extra demands put on their bodies.

We're doing things differently. At Elsom Nutrition we do not add anything undesirable to our products. We pack in effective ingredients, leaving our tailored formulations to do their work.
